This new design takes some getting used to. My first one was too big and my lighter kept falling out so the lovely customer service team sent a replacement that works perfectly! Thank you so much

Make sure your thumb is on top of your hand and pull back like a lever when using the bottle opener ⬅️👍 don't try the grip you would normally use when opening a bottle with a plain Bic. My cousin bent my bottle opener doing that now the poker doesn't close. They work great if used with common sense
